Who we are
NDISify ("we", "us") is an independent provider of digital document templates for NDIS providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run this website and deliver the resources you ask for.
What we collect
If you join our newsletter or request a free template, we collect your email address and any details you choose to share. When you buy a template, your payment is handled entirely by Gumroad as the merchant of record, and we never see or store your card details. We may also collect standard, anonymous analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate region.
How we use it
We use your email only to send the resources or updates you asked for and the occasional note about new templates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We use analytics to understand how the website is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, who act as the merchant of record. How they handle your payment and contact information is covered by Gumroad's own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
Our site may use cookies from analytics tools to measure how the site is used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Storage and security
Newsletter sign-ups are processed by our website host and email tools. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Access and correction
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@ndisify.com.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at support@ndisify.com and we will do our best to put it right. If you are an Australian resident and are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
